Royal Brackla distillery, situated near Nairn on the Cawdor Estate was built in 1812 by Captain William Fraser of Brackla House. The distillery gained prestige when it became the first whisky distillery to receive a royal warrant from King William IV in 1833, a warrant later renewed by Queen Victoria in 1838.

Over the years this Highland distillery has built a glorious reputation as a result of its meticulous production process involving mash tuns, wash backs and stills to produce its signature whisky, known for its light and smooth character.

We currently have access to a handful of Royal Brackla casks.
